Refund policy

We have a 3 days return policy. This means that you have 3 days after receiving your item to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at happywize@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: HAPPYWIZE 72 Seton Mews SE, T3M 3G8, Calgary, Canada.

Once your returned item(s) is/are received, we will exchange the item with another (same cost price) or apply a store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, intimate wears such as leggings, bra etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, make a separate purchase for the new item (as replacement).


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange of item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll have to pay a flat rate of 20$ as shipping fee.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchange Only: Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, item must be Unworn, Unused and unwashed.

Free from any damage, stains or tears.

Process:

Contact us within  3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Once approved, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon inspection and approval, a replacement item or store credit will be issued.

 

Non exchangeable items: Intimate wears cannot be exchanged.
